Easy access exists to several parks within walking distance of the neighborhood.

Linway Terrace Park

Linway Terrace can be accessed via a county path between two houses on Walden Drive. It contains a baseball, soccer/football field, a basketball court, tennis courts, and a tennis wall. Also contains a playground and tot lot. A synthetic turf field conversion was completed in 2010.

Marie Butler Leven Preserve

The preserve is a 20-acre native arboretum with several hiking trails. The park was left to the County by Maurice Leven.

Pimmit Run Trail

Pimmit Run Trail is a hiking trail that follows the Pimmit Run from Falls Church through McLean to the Potomac River. The trail bends around the neighborhood and hikers can be found walking down Colleen Lane across Loch Raven over to the Marie Butler Leven Preserve, as the trail heads towards the Potomac.
